Thank you for choosing GHomeSmart products. We stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer you a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

  • During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no additional charge, products or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.

  • Replacement items may be new or refurbished and will be provided at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damages (such as scratches, dents, or fading).

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use not in accordance with product instructions.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand purchases.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@ghomesmart.com with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide photo or video evidence of the defect for faster processing.

  3. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions or ship a replacement directly.

Additional Notes

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the case and region.

  • Local consumer rights under applicable laws are not affected by this warranty.
