FYI... you can not fit 2 of these in a single socket

I really like these. We have about 80-90 of them. We use the SmartLife app with these devices. We also use Alexa for voice control. The Alexa voice control thing works most of the time but not enough of the time to have much confidence in it. It is a, "speak and hope thing". I can't figure out where the problem/s are. Alexa is not known for playing well with others and sometimes not even its own devices. But the SmartLife apps works well.

So far ... SO great! I've been using these Smart Plugs (I have 4 in use so far, with 2 more on their way!) for around a month now... sufficient time to evaluate. I think they are simply amazing! No more confusing, inconsistent independent electronic "timers" -- so far these Plugs do everything as advertised. I was a little concerned as sometimes my wi-fi can be spotty where I live, although, I do have very high-speed wifi. But so far, these 4 plugs in all four positions have worked spotlessly!! And I can't wait to integrate a couple more soon.

The Plugs and the app are very easy to set up. And these are definitely the best present answer for timers and energy efficiency.

Get some for your needs immediately!!!

Good product for using the app but we have had a 50% failure over short periods of time when using Alexa to control them. I contacted support and went thru the whole disconnect / reconnect process and had similar results the 2nd time. We are going to purchase different solutions.

We purchased a 4-pack of these Wi-Fi Smart Plugs a few years ago and have used them for automating the lighting of our Christmas trees, under -the-cabinet lights, and other lighting throughout the house. They've worked great, so when we identified additional uses for smart plugs we ordered another 4-pack. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, there were only 3 plugs in the package. We've contacted Customer Service and they seemed to be very responsive, but so far we have not received the 4th plug. We have our fingers crossed that it will arrive soon.
