These locks are great, and I’m so impressed that I’m changing all the locks in my house. You can’t go wrong with these locks because they’re very sturdy and well-built.

Love the product, but wish that product features were additive. Let me explain. I have two of the earlier products (K10PRO) that have to be charged at the door...no removeable battery option that these have. Unfortunately I have a use case for the Smart Scenes feature that allows for the door knobs to be open during certain hours but this feature is not available (yet) on the K10PRO. One would think that the PRO designation would have all the features available. Not a show stopper as everything else about the knobs are great...but hoping that there will be a software upgrade in the near future.

The fingerprint option works way better than a different doorknob that i have used. A very good experience and plan on changing out more doorknob with this product
