How to connect the smart power strip to APP?

1. Download our GHome APP from App Store/Google Play, or scan the QR code on the user manual.

2. Open the APP and login, then tap "Add device" or "+" , then select "power strip".

3. Set your WIFI connection follow the APP instructed.

1.Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light will rapidly blink fast, EZ mode is available and wait for connection.

2. Or try the second way, re-press and hold the on/off button for 5 seconds when the indicator blinking fast, then the indicator light becomes blinking slow, AP mode is available, and wait for connection.(Note: When the socket changed network environment, you need to reset the smart plug (Press and hold on to the power button for about 5-10 seconds), and then reconnect to the network.)

Tips for Connection

1. If the smart device can't be connected to Wi-Fi, please long press On/Off button for 5~10 seconds to reset the smart plug, or Click on the top right corner of the app and change the Easy mode to AP mode which is more compatible.

2. The smart socket only works with 2.4 Ghz WiFi. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 and 5 Ghz, please selected the 2.4 Ghz network with the app.

3. Please try to make your smart outlet and router as close as possible when first connection, once connected, you can use your phone via 4G or 5G WiFi to turn on/off the smart plug anywhere, Please keep the smart plug stay on 2.4G WiFi range always.

This is an excellent product that performs exactly as they claim. I really like the ability to switch each socket individually, and the user interface is simple and intuitive. Having used other 'smart switch' and 'smart plug' brands I am very impressed with the quality and reliability of this brand.

Power strip is perfect , bunch of extras that no other company provided. Receptacles are tight , length of cable is perfect. Room for the plug ins without crowding !

I am extremely happy to review this
product. First, the product works as advertised. The resolution is fantastic and the commands work fast and accurately. I also like the fact that it looks like R2D2 of Star Wars fame. Second, the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a set of cameras that appeared to pan and tilt. When I received the cameras and discovered there was a misinterpretation, I called the customer service line and a real human answered the phone and got to work right away. This was awesome because no one seems to answer the phone anymore. I explained the situation and immediately was given the information to send everything back for a full refund. Before I was able to get to the post office, I got a text from customer service. They gave me the option to send the incorrect cameras for a refund, OR, if I wanted, they would send me the correct cameras that pan and tilt. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best. I got the cameras yesterday and set one up and it is exactly what I wanted.

I have bought other products from Gosund and they are top quality and work. My favorite item is the smart power strip. This power strip works on 110v and 220v. I work overseas a lot, and this is the first 110v / 220v power supply that works anywhere in the world. I have bought many for me and as gifts to my colleagues. The competition has 110v only and 220v only power strips. Both are separate. Gosund has both in one power strip! Gosund is Great Company!
